How do I place an order?

1. Once you have to Choose your size under the drop-down menu of an item and click Add to Cart. You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your cart.
2.When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.
3. Click on Proceed to checkout
4. Enter your details and address and click Complete Order

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.

How secure is my personal information?


Our store uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline in our privately run secure datacenter.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

On the Log In page, click on the Forgot password link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.

How do you ship packages?


Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by USPS or ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Please cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund

Please contact our customer service at geoffchangwai@gmail.com to initiate a return. How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-21 days.

How do I set my shipping address?


Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you type/enter is required to be English input method, including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1-3 days after we have shipped your order. You can track your order on our website
